Special Meeting for October 100 year celebrations

Based on our membership meeting this past Friday, July 30, we have scheduled a special meeting for next Friday, August 6th, to discuss, coordinate and plan the October week of our 100 year celebration. To give you a sense, here are the tentative plans for that week, and main organizers noted:

1. Concert of Marta Kubisova, on Friday, October 1, 2010. (Zuzana Pavlovsky)

2. Seminar THE CZECHS: A NATION ACROSS BORDERS, tentatively from Friday thru Sunday, Oct. 1-3. (Pavel Vancura)

3. Centennial Exhibit (Debbie Van Cura)

4. Gala Dinner (James Palminteri, General Manager), on Saturday, October 2.

5. Czech Beer Festival (James Palminteri), tentatively from Sunday, Oct. 3 thru Sunday, Oct. 10.
